LOOK UP TO GOD

 “Abba, Father,” He cried out, “everything is possible for You. Please take this cup of suffering away from Me. Yet I want Your will to be done, not Mine.” Mark 14:36 (NLT)

HOW TO PRAY IN TIMES OF DISTRESS:

 • Declare God’s availability and ability: “Abba Father! Everything is possible for You”

 • Disclose your anxiety and apprehension: “I don’t want to drink the cup of suffering”

 • Declare your assurance and allegiance: “Nevertheless, I want Your will, not  Mine, to be done”.

SATURDAY: A TIME OF DISBELIEF

“Jesus told them, ‘Before the night’s over, you’re going to fall to pieces because of what happens to Me.’” Matt.  26:31 (MSG)

HOW TO HANDLE TIMES OF DISBELIEF:

TRUST WHAT YOU BELIEVED IN THE LIGHT WHEN YOU ARE STANDING IN THE DARK.

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with My victorious right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

“When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up—the flames will not consume you! For I am the Lord, your God and Savior!”  Isaiah 43:2-3 

“For ALL the promises of God find their ‘Yes’ in Jesus Christ!”  2 Corinthians 1:20 

SUNDAY: A TIME OF DELIVERANCE

“TRUST THAT JESUS IS ENOUGH”
